Sycamore Printing is a Stanley Group Company that was organized in 1988 to provide design and printing services to the public in Muscatine and the surrounding communities. For over 50 years it provided in-house graphics, printing and bindery services to the engineering departments of The Stanley Group. Throughout the years, Sycamore Printing has expanded it's services and has updated the equipment to provide quality and on-demand service to the business industry and the general public.

Sycamore Printing is owned and operated by The Stanley Group which traces its beginning from 1913 when Central States Engineering Company began practice in Muscatine, Iowa. In 1932, C. Maxwell Stanley joined that two-man operation and the firm became Young and Stanley, Inc. The name was changed to Stanley Engineering Company in 1939. In 1966, the name was changed to Stanley Consultants, Inc., to more appropriately reflect the multidisciplinary services offered. The Stanley Group was established in 1986 and includes approximately 600 employees in three member companies, each a wholly owned subsidiary of The Stanley Group.
